We offer returns within 30 days of purchase back to your original form of payment. To return, please email info@yougilondon.com and pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible). Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment. Once we receive the returned item(s) at our facility, please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed.
